Financial Information
Your gifts make free, local services possible—and we’re accountable for every dollar. Explore our IRS Form 990, audited financials, and annual Impact Report for a clear view of impact and stewardship.
All programs and services are provided free of charge and are made possible entirely by the generosity of our community through the fundraising efforts of ALS Arizona.
Committed to transparency and accountability, ALS Arizona publishes our IRS Form 990, audited financial statements, and annual Impact Report so you can clearly see how every dollar advances care, support, advocacy, and research. We invite donors, volunteers, and community partners to review these materials.
We would like to thank the following local program sponsors for their generous grant support:
BHHS Legacy Foundation and Legacy Connection share a joint mission to enhance the quality of life and health of those we serve. We do this by funding grants to health-related nonprofits, nurturing collaborative partnerships, and raising funds through Legacy Connection for grant funding to support community organizations that work to promote good health.
The mission of The Charro Foundation is to promote education through scholarships and other education programming, and to promote youth activities, sports, and cultural enrichment in our community. The Foundation proudly supports this mission by developing programming through partnerships and collaboration with Scottsdale area community organizations.
ALS Arizona is pleased to have been selected to receive a $5000 donation from Cox Charities. This marks the 28th year that Cox employees, through Cox Charities, have raised funds to help the communities in which they live and work. Since 1996, Cox Arizona employees have raised over $10.5 million in grants for local Arizona nonprofits.
This gift is part of $698,500 in statewide donations given to 125 local nonprofits this year, thanks to the generosity of 3,100 Cox employees in Arizona. This donation will help us provide speech generating devices through our Adaptive and Alternative Communication (AAC) loan closet.
