Support Groups
Living Well with ALS groups were designed to help you live fully, meaningfully, and on your own terms.
Monthly groups provide:
- Practical strategies for maintaining quality of life and independence, covering everything from mobility aids and home modifications to communication devices and daily living adaptations.
- Emotional connection and shared experiences among Arizona families facing similar challenges.
- Expert guidance from healthcare professionals who specialize in ALS and can offer evidence-based approaches to managing symptoms.
- Empowerment and decision-making resources to help navigate treatment options, plan ahead, and maintain control over the disease.
Join us to learn strategies to thrive, stay active in your relationships & community, and Live Well with ALS.
