ALS Arizona Clinics and Centers
ALS Arizona collaborates with some of the best ALS physicians and clinics in the country to ensure that Arizonans with ALS have access to cutting edge medical care in a supportive, family-oriented atmosphere.
The unique multidisciplinary care model of the Certified Centers of Excellence and affiliated clinics brings together a team of specially trained medical professionals to meet the needs of those living with ALS, allowing the patient to receive care from each discipline during a single visit.
This multidisciplinary team typically includes: a neurologist, nurse, respiratory therapist, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, dietitian, social worker, psychologist, and a palliative care expert. An ALS Arizona liaison also serves as a member of the team, working closely with clinic staff to assure that the comprehensive needs of each family are being met.
