Family Bowl-a-Thon Brings Community Together to Support ALS Arizona

When Bob Miller was diagnosed with ALS, a group of loving relatives came together to support and care for Bob. After his passing that same group rallied friends, neighbors and the local community for a day of bowling, fun, and fundraising. Fueled by their desire to make a difference, the event was a resounding success, raising an incredible amount of almost $5,000, all of which was donated to ALS Arizona to support individuals and families affected by ALS.

The bowl-a-thon demonstrated the power of community and creativity in making a meaningful impact. From securing a venue to promoting the event, the family poured their hearts into the project. With every strike and spare, participants helped raise funds for ALS Arizona’s vital programs, research initiatives, and support services.
