ALS Awareness Night at the Tucson Roadrunners
ALS Arizona had an incredible evening at the Tucson Roadrunners’ ALS Awareness Night, where the team helped bring much-needed attention to ALS and our mission. One of our ALS community members had the honor of performing the ceremonial puck drop, setting the stage for an exciting matchup between the Roadrunners and the Ontario Reign. Throughout the game, fans learned more about ALS and the vital support ALS Arizona provides, with key messages displayed on the big screen.
Beyond the action on the ice, this event was an opportunity to connect with the community and raise awareness about the challenges faced by those living with ALS. We were thrilled to see so many supporters come out, wearing their ALS Arizona gear and cheering alongside us. While the Roadrunners fell short with a 4-2 loss, the night was a huge victory in the fight against ALS.
We’re grateful to the Tucson Roadrunners for their continued support and for giving us a platform to share our mission. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this event such a success!
